Technical Document Compilation for Each Machine
Each machine can be associated with specific technical documents completed by the technician when entering reports. These documents are created and dynamically managed by the managing user, quickly and efficiently.
During the report submission by the operator, the app prompts for the completion of all required technical documents for each machine. The completed documents are not sent via email but can be viewed by the managing user directly in the web back office, and downloaded as PDFs individually or all at once.
Intervention Audit
You have the option to manage and define an additional audit that the operator can complete when submitting the intervention report. The audit may include questions of various types:
- Open responses
- Multiple choice
- Single answer multiple choice
- Image insertion tool
The module is fully managed by the company, and once completed, it can be viewed from the management back office and exported in CSV format.
Advanced Appointment Map
Compared to the basic module, the map that shows appointments for a single day in the app used by technicians can also display the complete route for all the day’s appointments, ordered by preset times. The route is calculated in real-time, considering current traffic conditions, and can then be opened in Google Maps to activate the navigation function. This feature is available only with connectivity.
Barcode and QR Code Reading
You can directly read, during spare parts entry, the barcodes or QR codes associated with items using the mobile device’s integrated camera. The product trace must include a new EAN code field that identifies the barcode or QR code. After reading, the product will be identified and added to the report without any manual entry.
Product Catalog from PDF (Paginae)
Our Digital Publishing Software Paginae allows the management of manuals, catalogs, flyers, and brochures as scrollable and interactive PDFs directly within the app.
It is a highly flexible mobile tool particularly suitable for presenting company products. The Paginae app enables, via a dedicated web control panel, integrated and accessible only to the manager, to insert documents in PDF format or as zipped single pages in jpg format, already created with other applications, handling the extraction and creation of the individual pages of the publication.
Each page can have external links, multimedia content, and specific documents associated, which can then be viewed within the app and shared. Additionally, the manager can design specific areas on each page to associate the described multimedia elements.
Within the app, the operator can view all publications sent by the company, browse the content, quickly preview the pages, and access multimedia content and related documents for each individual page.
