Ticket Management

The Ticket Management module simplifies the creation and management of service requests. Each ticket can be automatically associated with one or more technical interventions, allowing for clear and structured monitoring of activities.

Within the request, you can specify:

• Customer
• Destination
• Reference number
• Operational notes

The system allows you to create new interventions related to the same request, even over several days and with different technicians. When a technician sends a report and marks the request as “in progress,” the manager can continue the activity with further interventions. Upon completion, the request is marked as “completed,” ensuring complete traceability of the assistance process.

Server Space Extension

With Tech Away, you have 2 GB of server space for managing images and documents. Need more space? You can expand the capacity by up to an additional 3 GB, ensuring optimal performance and secure storage for all files related to interventions.
