The company chose Cosmobile for a comprehensive digitalization project for its services, thanks to the interconnected software solutions Order Sender Enterprise (Sales Force Automation Software), Order Factory (B2B Ecommerce), and Tech Away. Specifically, the Tech Away App is used by Centrofarc’s operators to make customer service, machine maintenance, and repair interventions more efficient. With Tech Away, technicians can create or view service interventions and send detailed reports on the go, saving time and reducing errors.

Centrofarc’s Tech Away App is currently used by 12 technicians, who handle more than 5,000 interventions per year.
