Each ticket with a support request is automatically linked to one or more technical service calls, specifying the customer, location, reference number, and any notes. Once the ticket is entered into the system, new service calls and technical operators can be assigned to resolve the request.
The app allows you to manage every request directly from your mobile device. For example, you can categorize each service call (e.g., ‘in progress’ or ‘completed’) or create a new service call to continue the work.
